ABOUT ME

I believe that I have always been a teacher at heart. Ever since I was in grade school, I enjoyed teaching and tutoring because people would go from confusion that could be mixed with some anger to excitement and those amazing "ah-ha" moments. Those are the moments that teachers live for.

I am also a registered nurse and have worked as a nurse in both remote northern First Nations communities and in the emergency room of trauma hospitals. Both areas of nursing have made me grow as person.

I also like to travel, go on adventures and hikes, reading, play games, garden, and spend quality with my husband, family and friends. The pictures that you will find are my amateur photography skills that highlight some of the places that I have traveled.
